Founder

Gregory is the founder and operator of Common Loon Property Management. Gregory moved to Maine in 2020 from Denver, Colorado where he was the owner and operator of multiple restaurants and coffee shops. After moving to Maine Gregory quickly invested in several long-term and short-term rental properties from Portland to Rockport Maine. After self-managing those properties, he decided to start managing properties for other Real Estate investors and founded Common Loon Property Management.

Using his decade of experience in small business and real estate investing, Gregory has been providing guests and investors with outstanding care and customer service. Gregory’s primary goal is to provide excellent leadership and management services using his knowledge and experience.
