We will visit your property as much or as little as you need. We will check for any damage, or storm-related issues, check on contractors, do routine maintenance, gather mail, check fuel levels, pest issues, and any other needs that may arise.

We will be available to respond to any alarms and systems. We will be available to provide access to the home for authorized personnel and help arrange for any landscaping or maintenance services. We can also do an unscheduled home visit after any major storms to protect your investment.

We will provide a full report of home visits, including photos and a full written report. We will help document any incidents for insurance purposes and can even help lower your insurance premiums.

We can do a myriad of additional services. That may include arranging for deliveries, winterize the property and store away outside furniture, or managing medium-term rentals. If there is anything else you may need just ask!
